Speed Bumb

Friday was a surprise! Dan called the roofer, Able Roofing, to see if we could start the new roof and windows sooner. The roofer said he decided not to do our roof, because it was too challenging.
He reminded them Able already had half down as a deposit. I hope they don't make us come down there.

Kitchen Deconstructed

Things are going well. All the panneling is off and Jess Howard is running the new electric.

We own it!

We closed a couple of days ago and have started demolition.

They accepted our offer! The closing is to be on or before May 20th and then the real fun begins.

This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath house with a 2 car garage.

The roof looks like it's in great shape and the garage is nice. The windows are mostly original and the storm doors need fixing.
